Photo to 3D model
Upload one photo of an object and get a textured 3D model as GLB, the format Blender, Unity, Godot and most web viewers open directly. You can spin it in the browser before you download. A model costs 8–10 credits, and new accounts get 20 free.
- GLB (binary glTF 2.0), textures embedded
- PBR base color, up to 4K
- About 700,000 triangles, one static mesh
New accounts get 20 free credits. Failed generations are refunded.
How it works
- Step 1
Shoot or pick a photo
A slightly raised angle shows more depth than a straight-on shot, so the back is guessed better.
- Step 2
Choose Detailed or Fast
Detailed for surface detail; Fast when the photo's angle matters.
- Step 3
Check it in 3D
Turn the model around in the viewer and switch to shape-only to see the geometry without textures.
- Step 4
Use the GLB
Drag it into Blender, Unity or Godot. Textures are embedded in the file.
At a glance
| Format | GLB (binary glTF 2.0), textures embedded |
|---|---|
| Textures | PBR base color, up to 4K |
| Mesh | About 700,000 triangles, one static mesh |
| File size | Around 50 MB for a Detailed model |
| Not included | Rigging, animation, real-world scale |
Using the model in a game or a scene
700,000 triangles is fine for a render or a hero prop in Blender, but heavy for a real-time scene. For games, reduce it first: in Blender, a Decimate modifier at a ratio of 0.1 brings it to about 70,000 triangles, and the texture still carries most of the look.
The model has no real size. Scale it in your engine; GLB assumes meters, so a figure may import a few meters tall.
Which photos turn into good models
Product shots, figures, toys, shoes and concept art of a single object come out best. Glossy and transparent surfaces confuse the AI, and so does a cluttered background, even though it is removed automatically.
If the back looks wrong, the photo didn't show enough of the object's depth. A three-quarter view usually fixes it.
Questions
Can I use the model in Unity or Unreal?+
Yes. Unity and Godot import GLB directly; for Unreal, use the glTF importer or convert in Blender. Reduce the triangle count first for real-time use.
Is the model rigged or animated?+
No. You get one static mesh with textures. Rigging tools such as Mixamo can take it from there for humanoid characters.
Can I sell or publish models I make?+
The model is yours if you had the rights to the photo. Don't upload photos of other people without their consent, or characters and brands you don't own.
